Hi

Ive had back problems since i was 8 when i fell in my parking lot.
And lately its been real bad it was bad while pregnancy with Kiara too.
Two night ago when Kiara woke up for a drink i was standing up bf and my lower back felt real weak.
And today it feels like it needs to pop , its never been like this
I normally go to the chiropractor but havent had a chance to lately but even in the past it aint been bad like this.
Any one experience anything similar?
Bernie thinks i should go see a doctor about it, but i dont know what to think :(

id go to the doc s hun he may have some excersise u can do before u get to big from being PG

ouch, definatly go and see someone, you are only going to be putting more pressure on it in the next few months as the way you bend etc will change to accomodate your bump.
Take care

Hi! You poor thing I totally undersatnd what you are going through.

I've had a bad back for a couple fo years but managed to get it all sorted in time for being pregnant. However, at about 8 weeks I fell down the stairs onto my bum and have jolted it all again. I am miserable in pain (but very glad the baby is ok). My husband has made me go to the doctors today. Didn't want to before as often they send you away with leaflet but still in lost of pain :(

I will let you know how I get on, try and relax with a hot water bottle if you can.

Natx

I have a back i was told by a phsio thats worn out from lots of lifting ..was a nurse but he gave me exercises to do to stregthen my back...you may be able to get the same thing...I wouldn't leave it as it is gonna ache more anyway.

let us know if the GP is any help

An osteopath may be able to help ? it is only gonna get worse with the weight of the baby so best to do something about it now
