my back is killing!!!!

it started last night and to day ive been in agony. i cant walk if im carrying anything. i struggle going up and down the satirs and i cant carry nathan. todays been difficult as OH has been working
this explains why i was struggling with my continence ive been taking paracetamol and ibroprofen but its crap.
i dont wanna go to the drs as all theyll do is give me codeine and that makes me high as a kite, not good with a baby to look after.
cheesed off and feeling sorry for myself.

Is it muscluar or nerve pain?

Try a hot water bottle that might help or like the other girls say try deep heat. It might be that the muscle is inflamed in which case you need to take an anti-inflamatory . Hope it feels better soon

Unfortunatley im prone to bad backs and apart from rest and drugs (prescribed of course) there is little else you can do. Where abouts do you live - if your not too far away i could come and have a look at it for you - possibly a massage is needed (not being weird, its my job!)
