I feel like my hip is out of place and all the left side of my back is hurting and making me limp!?
I had this last time, but futher on than this? Jeez I hope it dont get worse?
Any advice anyone?
Sounds like your bobkin could be lying on a nerve, try not to stay sittng or in one position for too long, this could be hard when sleeping but it will ease...
P.s after writing another post i'll just sing the praises of a hot water bottle put it on the area also ask partner to massge the sore area as that helps too... I think ive had a trillion hot water bottles and even more massages since being preggo lol!!!
Thankyou!
Well I tired the rub and hot water bottle and its still hurting?
Its odd Im sure my leg is twisting inwards too? lol Think "the bells" lol hahaha
Thanks Charlotte!
I hope so too! Im struggling to walk?! I might try some paracetamol to see if that helps any? But that is what its like, my hips out of place! ??
Have you got pain in one leg? Could be sciatica.
I get this and at worst, feels like my hips moved, and get pain down my right leg which causes me to limp.
Especially bad when getting in and out of car, bending, and getting up after sitting for a while.
Its a big pregnancy symptom, so it may be that hun
Its not quite the same pain as when I had sciatica with the others but I have that hip pain and my leg kinda feels twisted in slightly and when I twist it, it shoots a pain through my back!?
But I dont have that horrid shooting pain down my leg?
Can it still be sciatica? Can you get it without the shooting leg pain?
I think I will google!
Thankyou!
Oh I just looked on the NHS website and they said no! Hmm I will just keep googling back pain lol!
I will eventually find something that sounds like what Im feeling Maybe I should just book in to see the doc haha
Oh and maybe I should have mentioned that I have had back problems in the past! I had to have physio on it! They said my bones had kinda stuck together but then after a while I had no more pain? Though my movement was still restricted?
It doesnt quite feel like that pain though either?! Though i wouldnt mind a physio manipulating my legs and hips to see if that helped?
