My 6week scan xx

Hi all.....Forgive me for soundin dumb...but how come you had scans at 6 weeks....and what are the internals for??

I thought you didn't have your first scan until 12 weeks......I had more later on in my last pregnancy, but that was 11 years ago, as i had a thyroid problem and they wanted to check the baby's too!!

I had a little crampin and they wanted to check all was ok!
i only weigh 7stone and im 5"2 no fat what so ever lol they could see baby but wanted a better view with the internal and to check to see all was ok down below as i had an abortion when i was younger.

I thought it was horrid the internal i even asked if i had to take my pants off haha! i was just nervy lol xxx
