I saw my baby!!

I had my first scan yesterday and i was so nervous.

The baby (yes only one thank god, we have a high chance of twins!) is healthy and growing well with a perfect heartbeat which we could see wellflashing on the screen! He measures 6mm long (ahh not even a jelly bean) and his yolk sac and fluid are all as they should be. I feel at least a little bit pregnant now and feel i can blame the little somebody for making me sick in the morning , he he!

The best news of all is that they are doing another scan in 3 weeks (i'll be 10 weeks then) one at 13 weeks then one at 20. So i'll get to see him growing and growing.

And yes... i have an overwelming feeling he is a he! I am so happy i could burst!

I know what you mean about wanting to burst!

I wish I could be a sonographer then I could scan myself every day!

Lovely feeling. 6mm, how cute!!!!!!

I bet you feel all protective and precious now.

Yep at least i am starting to feel like its all real now! I keep looking at 6mm on my ruler on my desk, its tiny weeny and what a long way he has to grow!
