my 19 month old refusing to eat pretty much EVERYTHING

Ok so he is seriuosly driving me mad now, he is eating hardly anything all day, this has been going on for a while now, he wouldnt even eat a chocolate button earlier! He has been poorly on and off but it seems to be going on forever, its not just with me its both nannies and the childminder,a nd they all do hi different things to eat. Just not sure if he is not well or acting up or both and wondered if anyone had any suggestions! i have gone out and bought him soe growing up milk so he is at least getting some decent vits an iron etc...

Is it his teeth? Ryan will only eat yogurt when his teeth are playing up.
And do you let him do it himself? Ryan wont let me feed him at all anymore so I stick a bowl and a spoon in front of him and hope for the best. If hes not interested I'll give him something to pick up, like a biscuit or whatever.
If its been going on a few days is it worth calling the health visitors? x

Hi!

It could be, but it has been going on off and on for a while now and no new teeth have appeared he has got all his teeth other than the big baad molars right at the back, im going to give him til the weekend. He is very smart (obv i say that! Im his mummy!) but he seems to know an awful lot for his age and says many words, and i dont know if he is excericing the NO at meal times for effect? Surely he is hungry though? He used to be such a good eater i got used it! Welcome to the world of terrible two's i guess!
