multiple birth insurance??!!

hello! i am new to the site and this is my first post... i am pregnant with my first child and am nearly 8 weeks. my husband is a non identical twin and my father also has twin sisters and twin cousins! has anyone taken out multiple birth insurance policies, if so do you think it is worth it? i have had one quote for £100 premium will pay out £1000 in the event that we find out im expecting twins. i have to take out the policy before i have my first scan! has anyone else been in this situation? xxx

i dont think its worth it, i know babies cost money when they are born, but its a risk most ppl take, why take advatage just because your having twins (if you are that is)

I dont think taking insurance out for multiple is a good idea but then if you need the moeny it can be different, its like taking a life insurance out isnt it..

i have never heard of this either..
