Does anyone have a feeling about whether they are carrying a girl or a boy?

I have 2 friends who insisted they knew what they were having from the word go and i wondered how many of us could guess now and look back in a couple of months time and see if we were right!

From the size of my bump and my family history everyone thinks im havign tiwns but im not so sure.... i think mines a boy x

I really am not sure what I'm having and I won't be finding out till the end.....a few people have said it'll be a boy cause I've had no morning sickness (based on an old wives tale which appears to have no merit, lol) - so I kind of tell myself it's a boy, but I really don't have a clue - it'll be the best suprise ever!! xx

Really early for me still, but ive just got a feeling it's going to be a boy.

I really don't mind either way and i don't want to find out, i want a suprise too! Partner is convined its going to be a girl though! Ooo twins... i have history of twins in the family too! xxx

I had girl vibes all along my pregnancy and at the 20 week scan it was confirmed I do think we know but sometimes when you want one sex over the over that this can cloud your judgement xx

Actually, there is a little bit of truth to morning sickness being linked to girls! Those who are unfortunate enough to have SEVERE sickness to the point where you have to be hospitalized (due to loss of fluid, etc) tend to have girls more often. It's not an overwhelming percentage, but they have found it to favor females.

Now with that said, my own silly guess is that I'm having a BOY because I've had pretty constant sickness (not severe) up until about 5 days ago. Neither of my sisters had any sickness, and they have 5 girls between them. Two of my coworkers here didn't experience sickness, and they are having girls......so that MUST mean I'm having a boy, right?

I do want a girl though. xxxx Keeping my fingers crossed!

Oh, im 90% sure mine is a boy! Thought of a fab boys name, seen the scan, and cant see anything, just 'looks' like a boy, and drawn to all boy clothes in the shops! I dont mind either way, and am trying to wait untill the birth to find out, but cant wait to find out if im right or not! xxx

Im having a girl lol i know it. Now all my friends that have had girls have had morning sickness, one boob bigger and alot of the symptoms i have. I had none of that with my boy so it leads me to a girl. I hope i am though as one of each is just what i want x

Oh no! It seems your thinking is the complete opposite of mine. Maybe the morning sickness has different effects over here in the states Although I really should embrace your opinion as I do want a girl..

I felt from really early on that I was having a boy and the 20 week scan confirmed it!I had no sickness whatsoever, a bit of nausea but no actual sickness xxx

I feel like im having a girl. With my son I had bad morning sickness and just felt like he was a boy. This one ive had no morning sickness, and just a completely different pregnancy so far ... i just feel like its a girl but i dont know. With my 1st felt like it was definately going to be a boy but this one its just a guess.

I was pretty convinced I was having a boy because I've had 6 dreams about boys although all those dreams I was having an MC Now I've had my scan I think I'm having a girl but I'm not 100% haha

well with my first i knew i was having a girl, not through a scan, i just knew and i was right, i had morning sickness all the way through but it was a good labour and delivery. This time i was absolutely convinced it was a boy cos i had no morning sickness at all and everything seemed so different, but i got my 20 week scan and its another girl! so just shows you that every pregnancy really is different regardless of whether its a boy or girl lol!

I literally havent got a scooby! I had all day sickness from 5 weeks until 12 weeks with my son and even though I had nothing to compare it to, I knew I was having a boy. With this one I had nausea but no actual vomitting from about week 7 which turned into actual vomitting week 10 which disappeared by week 13! I only have a girls name but whatever it is, I just want it here when it's meant to be and healthy!

I've had loads of dreams about bubba and it's ALWAYS a girl!!! I have a really strong feeling it's a girl, but don't know why apart from the dreams!!!xx

I do not have a clue id like a boy as I have 2 girls but id be happy either way, also with my first girl I had really bad morning sickness but with 2nd I didnt have any but last time I just knew i was having a girl!! x

When someone told me that no morning sickness = boy, I did a little poll of friends and family - and really got nowhere! It seemed to me that you really cannot tell by sickness - my sis had 2 completely different experiences of pregnancy - 1 she sailed through, the other she was sick as a dog...both boys!!
