We've got the gliding crib and Mothercare sent us out replacement bolts and instructions on what to do if ours was a faulty batch. Luckily ours was ok. I didn't know anything about the fault until we received the bolts by courier the other week.

I have the swinging crib and was sent out replacement bolts and stuff haven't checked it out yet though!

I'm still seeing it too
