Mortgages and tax credits

Hi, we currently get WTC and CTC. Just wondering if anyone here has gotten a mortgage whilst in receipt of these, and if there are lenders who will take them into account?

Any advice appreciated!

Yes there is lenders that take them into account, I have looked into it. I cant mind off the top of my head. I researched this around a month ago so it cant have changed much. I googled mortgage lender tax credits. I think Natwest, I'll have a look thro my favourites see if i can find any names.

Thanks LM, I know Halifax do, but not sure about others! Oh has two jobs and a squeaky clean credit history so hopefully we will be able to get one!

I'll be interested to see how you get on, i'm thinking about looking to move again.

I had a very quick look just now - this was from a thread on a diff forum so not sure how accurate, but it says these places

-Halifax - RBS - Santander - Nationwide

I'll let you know if I find anymore, i'm gona look into the ones above for myself.

Clydesdale do Sewell x that's who we are both with so we will see if there can offer us anything x going to the brokers next week, will let you know how we get on x
