I have been feeling rough for like a week now i have nothing is this normal?

hi hun, its perfectly normal to feel this way. Some woman do feel very yucky and dont besick for the first 12 weeks. I was constantly being sick for 12 weeks solid then it just stopped. Some woman are sick all the way through being pregnant and some are very lucky to feel on top of the world from start to finnish.

I did find havinga dry dijestive biscuit before stepping out of bed in the morning helped loads for me but as i say everyone is different.

Hope you feel better soon and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy

take care hunny
xxxxxxx

I have felt dreadful for the last few days.... just got up one morning and WHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why they call it morningsickness when it can last on and off all day is anyones guess...

This morning was the first time that I actually puked (sorry tmi) .... not a pretty sight...

how acna something so tiny make me feel so bad

With DD 13 years ago I was as sick as a dog from the start then after about 9 weeks it started to tail off to 2-3 days at a time then nothing until a complete stop around 16 weeks. This time I just feel sick, quite mild now but often. Its the tiredness thats doing me in!

asm your body gets used to the pregnancy hormones symptoms can ease off. I had sickness from 9-13weeks xx

I have been feeling sick for the past couple of days now, and the only thing that stops me feeling like it, is to eat something :( this isn't the way I want to start my pregnancy off!

So I will be going shopping this weekend for healthy foods and then have lots of small regular meals!
