Ok im getting desperate now. what have people been doing/eating/drinking to help them with morning sickness.. i'll try anything :D

ginger and orange tea with loads of honey!

you can get the bags in tescos. its an odd taste though. takes soem getting used to.

ooo and dry riveta crackers first thing worked for me. I have a pack by my bed for those off days (i have no idea how to spell it! lol)

I just eat as much as possible, and I find drinking soya milk really helps. I think it's becuase of the levels of fibre in it, which help reduce all those nasty blood sugar plunges you get with morning sickness. There was an article in the Grauniad recently about how women in countries where the diet is based on pulses get less morning sickness, and it was something to do with fibre and protein... But, if you've not had soya milk before, now might not be the best time to start

haha well lets see... i really couldnt stomach honey, coz i never liked it before i was pregnant so i dont think id like it now lol. and im not big on milk but havent tried soya milk before... so i guess i could try it..
crackers sound like it might be worth trying tho... keep them coming :D x

do you find you can't touch raw meat either? still makes me want to gag :puke:

ooo maybe i could eat bran flakes they have alot of fibre in them lol

i'm not really a big meat eater anyway, so i dont like touching raw meat generally lol. but the smell of meat makes me feel sick... that and cat food.. keep making my OH feed the cat! x

when i was bad hun all i ate was dry cream crackers or toast..

crackers do sound like the answer, i've tried to eat toast but the dryness seems to make me gag x

i hav my toast buttered, but only ver very lightly and i use marg as opposed to butter..

butter isnt my friend at the moment lol. god i sound like a pain in the arse.

my other halfs answer to stop morning sickness is to get out of bed after 12  :rotfl:

:rotfl: i wish i could. unfortunatly one problem to that plan.. work lol

aww bless ya xxxx  hope you feel better soon

p.s have you tired eating polos? it helps when i feel sick :?

Flat lemondade worked a treat for me....helps to settle your tum, it has to be flat though!!

anything with lemon helped me. Try lemon in hot water when you get up and a few dry biscuits.

Hate to say it but nothing really helped me. I think you just have to decide what you think you can stomache. Are you actually being sick or feeling sick? If its nausea there are some sweets called pregnancy pops that help, they are made from essential oils and you can get them off ebay or from Motherbliss.com.

I hope you feel better soon, its the worst thing ever

thanks skatty, its varies to be honest, most of the time im just nausious but then if i eat the wrong thing im sick :(
