I just eat as much as possible, and I find drinking soya milk really helps. I think it's becuase of the levels of fibre in it, which help reduce all those nasty blood sugar plunges you get with morning sickness. There was an article in the Grauniad recently about how women in countries where the diet is based on pulses get less morning sickness, and it was something to do with fibre and protein... But, if you've not had soya milk before, now might not be the best time to start
haha well lets see... i really couldnt stomach honey, coz i never liked it before i was pregnant so i dont think id like it now lol. and im not big on milk but havent tried soya milk before... so i guess i could try it..
crackers sound like it might be worth trying tho... keep them coming x
i'm not really a big meat eater anyway, so i dont like touching raw meat generally lol. but the smell of meat makes me feel sick... that and cat food.. keep making my OH feed the cat! x
Hate to say it but nothing really helped me. I think you just have to decide what you think you can stomache. Are you actually being sick or feeling sick? If its nausea there are some sweets called pregnancy pops that help, they are made from essential oils and you can get them off ebay or from Motherbliss.com.
I hope you feel better soon, its the worst thing ever
