thanks sunshine, im quite pleased with my self actually this month as i am not thinking about sign spotting etc etc and am being quite relaxed (which is very unusual for me!!lol)

the only thing i have 'noticed' really is that i am very tired and getting quite a bit of backache and also have been waking up in the night for the loo.

but im not even thinking they could be related to PG

so i feel proud this month - even though AF should be here either this week or next - so ill let you know if im feelin the same next week
