Im such a fat cow.

We froze a layer of James's christening cake and i have been eyeing it up for weeks. Well last night I could resist the urge no more so took it out the freezer and today I have successfully managed to demolish half of it (its a BIG layer!) all by myself!!!

no its the most gorgeous melt-in-your-mouth sponge cake with white chocolate pieces and amaaaazing icing on the top....

I've just talked myself into another piece...<scoots off to the kitchen for a bit more>
