I have read on the internet that baby rice , bananas, carrots constipate babies. Because Thomas is very badly constipated and I am fed up to see him in such pain and scream, i want to change his baby rice to mixed cereals as I have read it is better for constipation.
Do any of you where can i find them and any names of products?
