miscarried once again

i dont know where to start but once again ive had a missed miscarriage, went for my 12 week scan and i knew straight away it had died, the lady was really nice and told me it had died at 8 weeks, i cant believe its happened again 2 missed miscarriages in 1 year both at 8 weeks, im now beggining to think theres something wrong with me

I am so sorry to hear that. Ask your doctor to carry out full hormonal profile to see if you are lacking something.. they found out I had PCOS after my m/c and gave me hormonal treatment for first trimester with next pregnancy.
