milk tokens

For anyone who get these how do you get them? and how do you find out if your are entitled to them? I recieve child benefit and family tax credits but were not entitled to working tax credits, does that mean we cant get milk tokens?

I think milk tokens are only for JSA / income support. We got family and working tax before I went back to work, but never got any milk tokens. When we got them with Callum, they sent them in the post.

 

They are for Income Support /JSA. I was on income support when pregnant as I couldn't work at the beginning and because of that I was sent milk tokens when pregnant, and when Damien was born, you have to email/phone/write to them and tell them if you are feeding by formula and they will send you vouchers for free formula for about 6 weeks. If you bf you just continue to get standard milk tokens till baby is 6 weeks old I think.
