milk changing....help

i want to change keeley from sma gold to sma white do you know how to do it...? do i change complelty all in one go or 1 feed on the white sma i don't know i'm confused

when you put her to bed use the gold, when she wakes up in the morning use the white, but in between feeds give her a few drops of cooled boiled water, sma is very heavy and can cause constipation, thats what i found with alfie, it caused him to get so constipated i completely changed his milk to milupa actamil anf he loves it and he doesnt get constipated or colic anymore x
