ive got that site that i found myself, so i think that that should be okay.

Petchy is offering a free mei tai to anyone who will help her with regard to the pictures. i would have helped her but i dont live near leicester, and i was a bit worried about using it.

kina can i use my mei tai for putting liam on my hip as well?

I've been making ring slings & selling them.... great for hip carrying. Not sure about Mei Tai on hip ... must be an option.

I'm thinking of getting one of these. Can anyone tell me, do they hurt your back?

I tried something similar the other and was in agony after 5 mins and Stanley is still tiny.. Mind you, i was back in my 4 inch heels.....

LM if it was a tomy type carrier you tried then they are awful in my opinion.

You can use a mei tai, but whilst he's small I recommend a coorie. www.brightsparkslings.com do some lovely ones. I've used mine since Ella was 8 weeks old and still use it to put her in a hip carry

Davina - I've not used my MT with a hip carry but I know that you can. Sorry not much help
