If you have been prescribed them by the GP or Midwife then it's fine to take them. Pregaday is an iron and folic acid supplement designed for use by pregnant women who are at high risk of developing iron and folic acid deficiency during T2 + T3. This may include women carrying twins or triplets and women who have had pregnancies close together. The supplement will also correct mild iron deficiency anaemia if this has already developed. Are you low on iron? Prone to anaemia or similar? It could be why you have been prescribed them unless your carrying multiples or had a child less than 18 months ago.
