Maybe a silly question

I'm going out for the morning tomorrow and worrying about how to keep expressed milk cool. I have an insulated bottle bag thing for keeping bottles warm but would this also keep them cool? I don't have any ice packs to put in so any other ideas? X x

Insulated bags will keep it cool for a few hours expressed milk will keep for a few hours at room temp anyway if it's fresh x
