Hey girls
Iv been missing on action... Sorry...
Iv been to Egypt for a week sunning myself lol. It was bliss.
I'm now back to earth with a bang.
I have my diabetes app tomorrow then my 12 week scan on Thursday and diabetic midwife to see what happens next.

I'm dreading it all to be honest. I'm scared.
Scared of something being wrong at my 12 week scan, scared of hamming the baby with having high sugars. Scared of.... Life and what it's going to be for the next 6 months

Hey ladies! Think I’m late on board here but not long joined. I’m 10 weeks 1 day and due 26yh May (atm). I’m from Southampton. Are there any face book groups etc for May births? Hope you all ya w a happy and healthy pregnancy

Welcome and congratulation , Baby2ontheway ! I am due at the end of May as well,25th May for now but will see after the scan if the dates stay the same.
I finally received the letter with my scan date so the big day is on 16th November, my husband already booked day off lol.

We're excited but also scared, I am keep on thinking there will be no heartbeat. I have been a worrier on my first pregnancy and I can see can't relax with this one either . The only good thing is I have my son to look after so the time goes faster.

I will also be having a consultant appt in January.

How's everyone doing ?

Hey girls, I have my dating scan tomorrow, this is my first pregnancy and first scan, should I be expecting an internal probe too? Or will it just be an external scan? I would like to be mentally prepeared either way lol xxx

Hey girls and congrats on the new ladies. Egypt sounds amazing I wish I was in the sunshine! Still feeling shit and Im 13.5 weeks now really thought it would have eased by now! Finding it hard looking after the kids feeling like this and getting a bit down with it all. I wasn’t going to find out the sex by have booked one in for 15th nov to cheer myself up! How did your apps go with the diabetes? Beetle is this your 12 weeks scan? Xxx

Ah it will just be an external scan Hun the will check baby and do the neck measuring if you want screening donejust make sure you have a full bladder as I didn’t and they press down really hard otherwise! Xx

Ah my scans the day before yours, how funny I’m nervous about not seeing a heartbeat too as I’ve bled quite a bit this pregnancy but early scans so far show all is well. I can’t wait till the scan so I can announce it. I’m going to get my 5 year old son involved by posting a pic of him with a sign saying promoted to big brother and holding the scan pic, or something along those lines lol

Hey guys, had my dating scan today, was very nervous, but everything went well I’m measuring at exactly 13 weeks which brings by due date forward to the 8th of May

Yey, congratulations Beetle123 ! I cannot wait for my dating scan to come quick enough as I will be stressed everyday until then.

I should be 11 weeks today and my nausea started to ease off a bit (from yesterday) which is a good thing. Still have a bit of pain now and them but no bleeding whatsoever.

Last week I tried to pick up the heartbeat of the baby with the Doppler but couldn't, which made me feel so sad. I do understand must have been too early. I will give it a go today as if I will find it I can be a bit more relaxed.

My dating scan is next Wednesday. I’m so nervous. No real reason to be but when you hear others stories of MMC it’s heartbreaking.

Ah it’s lovely that more of us are getting to the 12 week scan point!! I turned 14 weeks today and still vomiting! I really hope it goes soon xx

I think its 12 weeks but the forum says 14 weeks, google say tri 1 is weeks 1-12 tri 2 13-26

And ive not been sick today even managed to eat a jacket potato for lunch. Dont know weather to celebrate or worry that somethings wrong. Maybe i will go with a cautious woohoo!

I'm only 12 weeks where shall I go lol.
I think I'll swap over at 13 weeks (Tuesday) lol
Iv got another scan at 14 weeks because baby was being naughty.

I dont know we have gone back and forth with finding out the gender.
