Maximum of 5 lines in signature?

When editing my signature just now, it said I had gone over the maximum of 5 lines allowed. But other PF users seem to have gone over 5 lines so I'm confused? Do I have to have been a member for a longer period of time or something?

The maximum size for signatures is this:

which I think allows for three tickers on top of each other and a couple of lines of text. If there are people who have larger tickers it's only that we haven't noticed them yet, not that there are different rules for different people x x
