...im looking for a maternity tankini, preferably off the high street....

any advice ladies?

Mothercare do some really nice ones.

I got mine off ebay :D ...was alot cheaper than the shops

H and M have a couple of nice tankini styles, I saw a black one with a green floral pattern on. Quite cheap too :)

I went on hols in May when I was 22 weeks, took 4 tankini's with me, and only wore 2 of them! I had 2 from Mothercare, one from GAP and one from Next. The GAP and Next ones were sold on Ebay as BNWT when I came back as I didn't like the fit or feel. The Mothercare ones were great, and they have sooooo much variety.

I got all of mine from Ebay as neither my local Mothercare, or the website had anything in stock smaller than a size 22!!! One of them was a lovely halter neck style top, it was last seasons and only cost me £8!!

Blooming marvellous.co.uk do a lovely one. They do have shops around the country but I ordered mine from their internet site (also ordered trousers for work and a couple of tops - I am hopeless, meant to be saving!) :|

I got mine from Asda. It wasn't a proper maternity one but it still fits me now at nearly 26 weeks.

Best thing was it was only £3 in the sale. Think normal price was £6 ish.

Hardly worth spending alot of money - we won't be in them long.
