Maternity notes?

Hiya ladies,

I was going through my maternity notes and was wondering what 'ceph free' meant? I noticed that the midwife has written this on my 29 week appointment and 32 weeks appointment...

And also what FHHR variable 140 bpm p.88 meant?

Fhhr is fetal heart rate heard at 140 beats per minute
