could someone please let me know where you get a maternity grant from. you wont believe that i got one with my little one over a year ago and i really cant remember where i got it from.

You can get forms from local jobcenter and hand them back there. It doesnt come from there but they can hand them to the local DSS office where they sort all the benefits out.
