Hi,

My wife used to work for a large restaurant chain as a manager for 2.5+ years and she resigned due to stress back in Aug 2012. She found herself pregnant Sep 2012 but did not work due to some health issues. She applied for Job seekers and got paid till Jan 2013 but we decided to cancel it.

She is eligible for the maternity allowance by the government. Her due date is on 21/05/12
(Are we already late to apply)

1) As per the form we need to send 13 weeks of pay slips. But from Jan 2012 her work place stopped paper based salary slips. They can download a print out from the company intranet.Since its required to send the original pay slips, what should we do now? Do they accept the print outs from the internet?

Any other alternative??

Thanks in advance

Im sure it says you're allowed to get copies so the print-offs should be fine. Inhave just applued for this too. :-)

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I received an email from the payroll department and they said the print outs are equivalent to the originals.

Regards
Jian
