I am currently employed but on maternity leave which is due to end on April 18th 2012. I am also pregnant again!. I did plan to resign in April and was wondering of this meant I would be entitled to maternity allowance for the 2nd ( due 31st august ) I have looked on every website this weekend and cannot get an answer. I know that you have to have 'worked' for 26 out of the 66 week test period- would being employed and getting SMP count as 'work'
