Hello ladies, when did everyone get their forms?
My work said i should have handed it in at 25 weeks (i'm now 26+2) and i just had my MW / Dr appt and it slipped my mind to ask for it. Just called the surgery and they said i should be able to pick it up next week sometime as they are too busy. My work don't want to start looking for my replacement till I hand it in and i finish work in about 2 months so am getting stressed about it and promised my boss I would have it on Monday. Grr. Just needed a moan really.
