MATB form thingy

Hi Girls does anyone know when you get teh MAT form that you have to give to your employer from your doctor??

I think I got mine at around 23 weeks ish. Your midwife should be able to give it to you.

I don't think they can give it our before 20 weeks. I got mine at my 22 week appointment from the doctor

I got mine at 27 weeks... I think it just depends on your midwife.

I got mine at 28 weeks - I think you can ask for it from 20 weeks though.

I had to ask for mine and i forgot at 20 weeks. I think they presume you don't need one unless you ask.
