Mat allowance

Does anyone know if it's paid in arrears? I've been on mat leave for 37 weeks so due a payment tomorrow,then I'm not sure if my next payment (in 2 weeks) will b my last or if I'm due another? I can't find my paperwork so I'm clueless lol xx

Mine was paid fortnightly. I was paid at 38 weeks but had the next payment at 40 weeks but it was only for one week. Does that make sense?

Yeah that makes sense-I can't remember if I had an odd week at the beginning tho :/ suppose it's best to not expect anythin then if I get a payment it's a bonus? xx

I don't think I did, I can't remember either. I didn't get anything extra anyway. I miss that money! I haven't gone back to work and I haven't handed my notice in yet. I don't think we can afford for me not to work so gonna have to try and find something with better hours!

I'm self employed but can't get childcare til sept wen kids go back to school so was kinda hopin for an extra payment at the end of the month. I need to get off my bum and start my business re-launch but cba-I just wanna enjoy my last few weeks off xx
