Make Money From Home?

Does anyone do any online surveys, or any of the "make money from home" type things?

Things are getting tight thanks to this bloody credit crunch!!!

Any recomendations/ideas would be great! Was thinking about starting Avon or something like that but other ideas would really help.

How about childminding? Its a short course and hours/days to suit plus you are your own boss

Im planning on childminding. Its not my ideal job but id be good at it and it means i can bring up bubs by myself.
I think Avon only works if you work in a big place with loads of women, giving you maximum return in limited time.
Do you really want to pound the streets for hours every night for unknown return
