hey ladies
im sure i have seen it on the forum somewhere but cannot find it now . i have my bottle of "magic medicine" but can you tell me when i should be taking it?

Hi,

If I remember correctly it's supposed to help produce EWCM (?) so you'll need to be taking it up to the time you ovulate I guess. Or perhaps just the few days immediately before you ovulate if you know when that is in your cycle.

This month im on the agnus cactus, magic medicine and also toast with a tablespoon of honey on for supper as i heard that honey improves the amount of cm

I took it the whole way through my cycle as i never could predict when Ov was. When i had ovulated though i stopped taking it. I also took the maximum dose you are able to! x
