Ok so I had an empty circle on Sunday as you get that anyway with being a new monitor or not using it for more than 3 days.
Then yesterday flashing smiley, so I tested this morning and it came up with the stick symbol and the book meaning fault, I'd poured the test pot away so couldn't use again
so I waited 4 hours and tested again, same fault!
Rang up and they said I mustn't be inserting the sticks correctly when I am grrrrr!!
Reluctant to try again tomorrow and waste another stick if the monitor is faulty which it obviously is as it worked the other week
