Lumps behind nipples?

Ellas always had quite prominant nipples, they've always been raised iykwim? Anyway, I notices earlierthat they looked a bit different! Have just felt them now and she's got lumps behind them! I'm sure I've heard it's quite common but it's still worrying me! Am gona give hv a bell on Monday and see what they say! One thing after another
