lump ( ?)

I hope this isn't too much info, but last night I noticed a slightly thickened part near my right nipple. It seemed really big last night but feels a bit smaller this morning. I resisting the urge to go running straight to the Dr but will mention it to my MW next week. I know that none of you can offer medical advice, but I was wondering whether it could be changes just due to pregnancy. Or whether anyone has had anything similar. Thanks x

Not sure what that is i'm afraid but my nips went through different stages & got lumpy & rubbery, they changed from day to day. Its probably just everything getting ready. Do get it checked oput if you're worried tho.
