Lump behind Nipple

Hiya i have noticed today that my baby has a rather large lump behind him left nipple. What could this be?

Harrison had lumps by both his nippes when he was first born, when I asked my MW/HV they said it was fine it was just his body had some of my hormone left in it. They soon went down but if you're really worried its best to mention it to your MW or HV
