Hi Girls,

The internet is evil, why do I look up everything on Google, it just makes me worry. This cycle I've had AF style cramps a few days after my period finished. So I decided to look this up on Google - why did I bother - first result I got was about ovarian cancer  then the second one was about endometriosis!

They weren't really that bad, but then last night I kept waking up with them, it was horrible, they were giving me a nightmare that I was having a MC - I'm not even pregnant yet - but I kept waking up and having to check. Pain has now gone this morning though.

Anyway, this spurred me to look it up online - big mistake. My rational brain is telling me that this is the first time anything like this has happened, so it will be nothing to worry about and why did you bother looking it up, but now that I have the nervous side of me is wondering.

Sorry for the rant, but needed to get that off my chest.

Has anyone else had something like this? Should I be worried?

I get cramps for about a week after AF, most months. Always have done. Sometimes they're worse than the ones I get on the first day

I'd never thought about it before TTC, once we started trying I thought they were pregnancy signs and that AF had just been a bleed, but now I figure they're just me.

I guess they were probably there before, but I never noticed because I wasn't thinking about it...

Thanks ScotchEgg, I know you are right. The internet is evil, you can instantly find a horror story for every tiny twinge or change in your cycle. It just makes me wonder sometimes.

Anyway, feeling fine now. The sun is out and I'm going to go and enjoy it with a few friends later on. No more looking at horror stories on the internet and back to a relaxed PMA!

I too get cramps after my AF sometimes... I must say I never looked it up and never really thought anything of it but now after reading this im like  haha..

It's natural to worry though and I'm guilty of looking things up on the net too (:wall2:) but I'm sure we're all fine :)
