Lots of tiny spots on his face

What can i do about those tiny little spots on my baby's face?
I have read somewhere that the best thing to do is to keep it as dry as possible. I haven't put any cream on it for about week but nothing changes. any advice?

Are they tiny little milk spots???? or spot spots?

if they are milk spots they just disappear ....if they are spots...try breast mik if your feeding.

he had a couple of milk spots but they're disappearing. the ones that remain are just tiny spots (nothing coming out of them) just tiny spots but there loads. im breastfeed but not sure it will help much
