lots of little cramps

Hi I'm about 4.5weeks (seeing dr next week for my blood tests)

I've been having lots of little cramps…. generally more at night. some are more painful than others. Every now and then i get some sharp pains that are generally one side or the other whereas the general cramps are in the middle/across my abdomen.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had quite a few cramps early on, felt like period pains, mostly muscles starting to stretch could be that with you ?

I did it even woke me from my sleep with me shooting upright clutching myself saying ouchhhh
I got an early scan just to be safe but all was fine thankfully
They like to rule out ectopic x

Good to hear others have had it. Yes sort of mild period cramps / bowel cramp. I've also had constipation so don't think that has helped.

I'm going to ask for an early scan anyway as my friend who was on clomid had an ectopic and Itd be nice to have the peace of mind
