Just somehow came across this when googling for something completely unrelated and thought awwww... so now i wanna live in a little town lol

Little Town

I like to live in a little town

Where the trees meet across the street,

Where you wave your hand and say “Hello!”

To everyone you meet.

I like to stand for a moment

Outside the grocery store

And listen to the friendly talk of

The folks that live next door.

For life is interwoven

With the friends we learn to know,

And we hear their joys and sorrows

As we daily come and go.

So I like to live in a little town,

I care no more to roam.

For every house in a little town

Is more than a house-it’s home.

Awwww if only living in a little town was so pleasant! EVERYBODY knows EVERYTHING about EVERYONE! I'm known as "the little girl from the flower shop" when I visit my parents. (People have actually said that to me in the street!!!!) And my brother Darren gets stopped in the street and asked how my other brother Gary is by random people who have never met him before because they look so similar people know they are related! Its a strange life growing up in a little town!
