Lightning Crotch....ouch!!

Have any of you experienced lightning crotch?

I’m currrently 25 weeks and kept getting sudden sharp pains in both my private parts, have since found out it’s called lightning crotch!!!

Ouch it sometimes catches you out when your not expecting it
