Anyone else watching this?

Looks like a good one!

I watched it last time it was on and it was brilliant. I taped it and referred to it throughout my pregnancy. Think I will watch it again, thanks for letting me know!! :D

I remembered why I didn't really enjoy it last time, that stupid man and his poems annoy the s*** out of me. It is cool seeing the baby though, is making me broody so OH has gone out :D

lol those poems did my head in too!! damn i missed the start

Fantastic stuff!!

I was cringing though when the head was crowning, i thought she was gonig to rip in half!! lol

I never see that side when giving birth, i think i prefer it that way!! lol

The poems are really corny!!

Those birth scenes have really scared me, just the noise she was making was enough

lol, bless.

You will probably be doing that  either that or swearing!

OH came in just before the birth scene and was telling me what it looked like when Seren came out. I am definately having a mirror next time as I wish I had seen it.

Little minx don't worry, some women scream others don't. I made hardly any sounds, even when pushing whereas a woman down the ward was really screaming and I told the midwife to get and get her baby out and give me some peace. I was then next to her in the ward, she was so annoying it was untrue.

Lol, beanie!!

I got told you can't scream and push! therefore not pushing effectively enough!
Have you tried it?

Andy told me it was fantastic to watch but after seeing that, i think i will give it a miss!! lol

haha i went on about not wanting to scream (can you remember?) but i ended up being kinda noisy in the end. I found that it helped me channel my pain kinda thing and focus on my breathing. I had a suck on the gas and air and then did and 'arrrrrgh' :D dont think anyone in the other rooms heard me though x

I watched this tonight too - must admit seeing the birth has made me feel scared, aagh  hoping that it won't be as bad when it's me going through it!!! The guy and his poems were really annoying tho lol!!

Xxx

I watched it this evening, it made me cry all over again...soo lovely - even though Naomi's only 3 months old, I want a newborn again!!! *L* my OH looked at me as though he was about to phone the mental hospital!

Sue

It was great, and so clever, but that bloke was annoying.....I was shocked that they showed a gaping fanny before the watershed  ......on the cable channels, they more often than not put a hazy effect over,I suppose to retain a little dignity, but Dave said when he was a kid he can remember seeing stuff like this quite often - I only ever saw it in biology!!!
My eyes were watering at that shot, even now thinking of it....ooohhhhh!!!!
