What does everyone here do?

Wax, shave, electric razor?

I'm thinking of asking for a lady shave thingy for xmas, or are they a waste of space? I just use a razor and soap in the bath at the moment.

I just use a razor, some times i dont even use soap and water but aparently your not suposed to do that

I always found the electric shavers to be not very good - they're easy but don't give a particularly close shave! I have also been the epliator route and it never got used!! lol! It looked like a lawn mower and I was too scared to use it! Think the most effective is a razor. I bought one of those Intuition ones that has the big blob of soap stuff around the razor and although it was an easy shave, my legs didn't feel very smooth.

Razor in the bath. I've got one of those epilators. Only managed to do one leg though, way too painful!

You managed more than I did!! :rotfl:

Ive tried every type of hair removal going as Im hair phobic. The only hair I can deal with is on the head, eyelashes and eyebrows, the rest has to go, even arm hair. Actually though, Ive never used an epilator as my Mum nearly took off her ankle with one :puke:

I use a razor and shaving gel and always a mans razor like Mach 3 because they shave better than womens for some reason. If I want super smooth after shaving Il use a silky mitt which is basically glorified sandpaper and that works a treat. Its only about £2 for 3 of them which last a while.

:D

I've tried EVERYTHING... including that babyliss hair buffer thingy... that was just a waste of time, and the disk replacements were dead expensive....

The best thing I have found is those wilkinson sword razors with the lump of soap round them.. they are dead effective.

Everything else...waxing, creams, sugaring never get rid of all my fine blonde hairs.

What's more,,,,trying to manoeuvre yourself in to a position to shave is a nightmare!!!

I use a razor I have had them waxed a couple of times but they never seemed to be hair free that long. I find Veet too messy

Razor... I have the blokes Mach 3 one, and Fusion is also very good.

I tried the ladyshave type things, the battery type ones that buzz, and (I found) they really hurt... felt like someone going along with a tweezer and ripping your hairs out.

But that's just me LOL

Save money and go to B&Q :rotfl: :rotfl:

I shave and use a Mach 3 razor too - even then I still manage to gouge bits out of my leg :(

Behind your knees, ankles and the bottom of your knee? Always the same place!! And boy does it sting and bleed and bleed!

I just use a razor and soap or shaving gel. I am too much of a wimp to get them waxed and i'm not sure if an electric razor would give such a close shave.

I use an epilator on my legs and armpits! It REALLY hurt the 1st time and made my armpits bleed  but I love it now as the hair grows back alot thinner and don't get that horrible shadow under your arms!
The only problem is you do get the odd ingrown hair! :puke:
