so I always seem to ovulate from my left side, and the month I got my BFP was from right but that happens only like once a year. Is it normal to ovulate always from left?

I always seem to ovulate from my right or that’s where the pain is x

thanks Lucy, I have an appointment with my doctor as I had an internal scan , I will ask this question to her tomorrow

My gyni says that you will have a dominant follicle but sometimes the other one gets a go at O'ng.

You're probably ovulating from both and just feeling cramps on one side more. It's common. I always get ov cramps on the left (very rarely on the right) and assumed my right ovary was bunged up. Had a few scans to check it all out and it turns out they're both working fine! Baby was conceived with a right ovary egg, despite me feeling the o cramps on the left. So unless you're having your ovaries/follicles scanned every month, you don't have any way of knowing what side you ovulate from.

I only ever get ovulation cramps on my left side, sometimes the cramps move into the middle but I never seem to feel them on my right side.
