Leaking milk and really sore boobs

Started leaking milk 2 days ago, which I remember from my last 2 pregnancies - seems my body likes to jump the gun... But this time round my boobs really hurt as well, which I can't remember from before. It's not like the first trimester pain, more like really bad shooting pains and really really sore nipples. Is this normal? Kind of does my head in...
