Last minute panic

OMG i am in single figures now, and thats by my ticker which i set to the latest date i got given, my date is 4 days before that......

Help... Why am i doing this whole birth thing again? I am really bricking it and keep throwing up everytime i think about the pain of it all.

It truly is scary isnt it? I have had 2 flase alarms now and both times i threw up so bad at the panick that ran through me, i was sick all through labour with Isla and i just know i am gonna be so much worse this time. What on earth am i doing?

Last time i was so brave and confident and wanted no drugs etc and knew i could do it, this time i want drugs, sympathy and it all to be over. 2nd time is terrible, 1st time ignorance is bliss...

Second time round is so much easier they say and faster, so I'm kind of hoping I don't have to go through a torrid time. But I know I've got my OH with me and he will be great. Failing that I'll find a stick to bite on and a bottle of vodka

My mw said that with 2nd babies, hopefully I will get there have time for a few puffs of the gas and air and the baby will be born. They make it sound so easy don't they

At least those of you who have had kids before know what to expect....
Think of us poor first timers...I am so oblivious to everything its probably going to hit me like a ton of bricks...I would prefer knowing what Im in for!!


That said, you will be fine. Its what we are designed for...and there are always DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS
