summer holidays are here

its been summer holidays up in scotland for a few weeks now and the funny thing is its quiter for me during the summer holidays as i live right next to a primary school , my living room window looks right on to the playground. Although i must admit its nice to be able to get a parking space at anythime of the day instead of having to be back at the house before the parents come to pick up their kids.

I used to live across the road from a primary school when I was at college. So my holidays were the same as theirs. One summer they forgot to switch off the bells and I was woken every morning by the bell going. Didn't need a watch as I could time my day by the playtime/lunchtime bells
