Think I have timed it well. The las week has been very tiring and (tmi) sore on the foof!
My commute is 2 hours each way on train and tube and then I work 9-6. Sitting down all day long seems to put a huuuugggee amount of pressure on my bump and lady bits that its really sore when I then start to walk. Not sure if its a coincidence or if its contributing to it but I started RLT on Monday and my BH jave really increased. Guess I will see when Im off work and still taking the RLT if Im in as much discomfort.
Anyway, roll on 6pm
