I normally get very strong ov pains lasting a few hours.

I'll get my positive opk and then usually the following day I'll start with a heavy, achey feeling in my uterus and then significant one sided pain.

This cycle I got a lovely strong positive opk and expected to ov yesterday. I had a heavy achey feeling but that was it. Didn't get the one sided pain I normally do.

Does this mean that perhaps I didn't ovulate or I did but it just didn't hurt this time?

Hey hun, do another opk today. Sometimes I get a + 2 days in a row and then ov the day after x

I had a pretty much positive, blaring positive the day after and a pretty much positive the day after that.

Hopefully my ov was just painless this time.

I have terrible pain one month and nothing the next! I don't really know what it means, hopefully I'm ovulating every month though xxx

I'm the same sometimes I get pains but sometimes I don't on either side, this month I was rolling around the bed in absolute agony!
I generally get the bloated dull ache down there though every month during OV time.
Some women don't even get symptoms and they are ovulating so don't think there is anything to read into it.

xx

Mine varies and sometimes I have both sides ache and a scan will show I have only ovulated from one side. I would assume you have ovulated as normal xx

I'm sure I was just panicking unnecessarily.

We didn't have much success with dtd at the right time, so I was already feeling bleugh and then not getting the ov pains I was expecting either, I was just like waaaaah it's all gone wrong I'm never gonna get pregnant :brat:

Think a fair few of us have felt like that hun xx

I'd made all these plans for announcing it to hubby at Christmas etc and we're into month 14 now, so I got myself a bit worked up over the fact I didn't have ov pains. Who gets upset over not being in pain??

Well, in my tww now so I guess we'll wait and see...

Oh, we all go into panic mode. I am the same, analyse everything and stress if something doesn't follow the normal pattern xx

Neither do I, I ovulate 3 days later than usual and I think its the menopause lol xx

I always worry that the pain means something bad and again worry if there's no pain at all! In the tww as well, and I've got a full planned announcement idea in my head for Christmas too. I need to stop it, I'll be more disappointed if it hasn't worked xxx

I was going to wrap up a test for hubby (a digi to save any confusion!lol!) and just stick it under the tree for him to open.

My mil is coming to stay over Christmas now so I'll have to give it to him in secret. When we both happen to be upstairs together and alone, I can be all like... ooh I forgot this present! Oops! ;-)

Not likely to get my Christmas announcement now but you never know?!

Aww thst would be so lovely
If I by a miracle get a Bfp
I'm planning on doing the same, but for my girls and Joe
I don't know if I could keep it a secret from hubby for so long

Keep positive hun, I think you DTD on the right days your more likely to get pregnant up to Ovulation than on it, and girl spermies survive longer so you may just get your pink bundle :)

I really hope it's your month sweetie

I was planning to do this too! Except I was going to try and get Santa to give it to him when we take our lo to the grotto. I don't know how long the words stay on the screen on a digi though? I know it's not forever.

Why am I overthinking this so much!! Xxx

I always get really bad pains when I ov but the month I caught with mitchell I didn't get any. I didn't think that I had ov'd but I clearly did so fingers crossed huni xx

Thanks for all your replies ladies.

I'm hoping I'll have ovved and it just didn't hurt this time.

Having a relaxed cycle next time, so no opks etc and hopefully no ov pains so I'll have no clue about what is going on!!
