I normally get very strong ov pains lasting a few hours.
I'll get my positive opk and then usually the following day I'll start with a heavy, achey feeling in my uterus and then significant one sided pain.
This cycle I got a lovely strong positive opk and expected to ov yesterday. I had a heavy achey feeling but that was it. Didn't get the one sided pain I normally do.
Does this mean that perhaps I didn't ovulate or I did but it just didn't hurt this time?
